Damages and Misprinted Items
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Any claims for misprinted/damaged/defective items must be submitted within 12 days after the product has been received.
Claims deemed an error on our part are covered at our expense.
Packages Lost in Transit
For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 4 weeks after the estimated delivery date.
Submit Return Request

*MUST attach 3 different angled PHOTOS supporting your claim*
If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as for instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
Size Exchanges
Wrongly ordered sizes won’t be eligible for refunds as we make everything on-demand. So requesting a size exchange would mean producing an entirely new product. As for our Lounge Sets:

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember that it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
